SUNLIGHT


When you get up, expose yourself to direct sunlight for at least 5 minutes. Direct contact with your skin will stimulate the natural production of vitamin D and stop melatonin production. As a result, your body will release hormones and wake-promoting neurotransmitters like dopamine, and hormones which are linked to an improved mood and can help make you feel good.
